Trustees approve major in music

Kaufman writes second work about Carter family, fifth published book

Dr. Scott Kaufman, associate professor of history, has written a book, "Rosalynn Carter: Equal Partner in the White House." Released this month, the book examines the life and influence of the first lady of the 39th presidency of the United States. "It's a biography of Rosalynn Carter with emphasis on her role as first lady," Kaufman said.

Schneider's play entertains, enlightens

Before the show, she told the 140-person crowd how her gift for impersonating others led to her start in theater.
